Return and Refund Policy
1. Introduction At Style Phantom, we want you to feel completely comfortable with every purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
2. Return Window You can return your order within 14 days from the date it was delivered.
Returned items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number)
3. How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at info@stylephantom.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for the refund to appear in your account.
- Original shipping fees (£5.99) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
6. Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please email info@stylephantom.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will need to be returned under the Return Window above.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please email info@stylephantom.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
9. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Shapewear
- Final Sale items
10. Your Statutory Rights This Return and Refund Policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights under UK and applicable law, and does not affect those rights.
11. Changes to This Policy We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time. All updates will be posted on this page with the most recent effective date listed above.
