When do I receive my order?

Orders placed before 2pm Eastern on a business day are processed within 1 business day, then delivered in roughly 4 to 7 business days by the carrier, so most US orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest with just your email and delivery details. An account does make life easier, though. You can track orders, save your wishlist, and check out faster next time, and it takes under a minute to set up.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us at hello@stylephantom.com as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do everything we can, but once an order enters processing or fulfillment, cancellation can no longer be guaranteed. If your order has already shipped, you can simply return it under our 30-day return policy.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

Your invoice is emailed automatically as soon as your order is confirmed, sent to the address you entered at checkout. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order number and we'll resend it right away.

Shipment

How much does shipping cost?

Standard US shipping is free on orders over $70 after discounts. Below that, shipping is calculated by weight, starting at $2.99, and the exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay. Pre-order pieces show their expected dispatch window right on the product page.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Most US orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days: 1 business day of processing plus 4 to 7 business days in transit. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship throughout the United States, and shipping to selected international destinations may be available. If your country is supported, options, costs, and delivery estimates appear at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or carrier fees charged by their country.

My package says delivered but I can't find it. What now?

First check around your delivery location, with household members, and with the carrier. If it still can't be located, contact us within 7 calendar days of the recorded delivery date and we'll review the situation and open a carrier investigation where appropriate to make it right.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure, encrypted checkout. Your full card details are never stored on our servers. If a payment fails, check that your billing address matches your card before trying again.

Can I choose the currency I pay in?

Prices are shown in US dollars. If you're shopping from another country, your card provider or payment service converts the total to your local currency at their current rate. Any conversion fee depends on your bank, so check with them if you're unsure.

Returns, Exchanges and Complaints

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags, liners, and packaging intact. Trying something on for fit is completely fine. Underwear, swimwear, shapewear, gift cards, and final sale items can't be returned unless they arrived defective or incorrect.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email hello@stylephantom.com with your order number, the item, and the reason, and we'll review your request and send the return address and instructions once approved. Ship your return within 7 days of approval using a trackable service. Please don't ship to any address on the original package.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return arrives, inspection takes up to 7 business days, then your refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank may need another 5 to 10 business days to post the funds. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact hello@stylephantom.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Once verified, we'll make it right with a replacement, exchange, refund, or prepaid return label at no cost to you.
